Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.

12. Unstitched Fabric

Unstitched fabric should be checked before cutting, stitching, washing or altering it.

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or otherwise altered cannot normally be returned.

13. Furniture & Custom Orders

Certain furniture may be made to order or customised according to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, material, design, colour and other specifications before production begins.

Custom or made-to-order items generally cannot be cancelled or returned due solely to a change of mind once production has started.

Claims involving verified damage, defects or material differences from the confirmed order will be reviewed separately.

14. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an RK Mega Store account to access features such as order history and saved addresses.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for activity carried out through their account.
